In this interview she shares about her path to sustainable health and wellness, she discusses the importance of protein, and shares some really great practical tips to help us change our relationship with food so we can develop a sustainably healthy diet.

This was a very informative and practical podcast that had a lot of insight and helpful hints on how to change the way you eat. And coming from an Italian, I have to say that I felt more respect for her words since Italian families are not really known for laying off the carbs. Anyway, I think you will enjoy it if you watch
